Purchases
Checkout and payment are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Their terms govern the transaction; these terms govern the software.
License
- One purchase grants one license key that unlocks full output. It activates on up to 3 devices at a time; deactivating a device frees its slot.
- Your license carries the activation limit shown at checkout when you bought it.
- The trial build is free to download and use in watermark mode, without an account.
- You may not resell or share license keys, or circumvent the license mechanism.
Refunds

Warranty and liability
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Showout LLC's total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
These terms may be updated; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
